Sandgate Real Estate is a well-established independent office situated in the main street of Sandgate.
Owned by long-time Sandgate resident Merv Humble, the business has been operating for more than 10 years. Merv has been selling real estate in Sandgate since 1972, is a popular local identity and has intimate knowledge of most properties in the area.
Our sales staff, Laurie Ryan and Kerry Carr, are locals with vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the marketplace. Referrals and repeat business provide the majority of their sales and they proudly count many satisfied clients as personal friends.
