Sandgate Real Estate is a well-established independent office situated in the main street of Sandgate.
Owned by long-time Sandgate resident Merv Humble, the business has been operating for more than 10 years. Merv has been selling real estate in Sandgate since 1972, is a popular local identity and has intimate knowledge of most properties in the area.
Our Manager and Senior Sales Consultant is Laurie Ryan who is well respected in the real estate industry and has 30 years experience. Laurie is also our Property Manager, with the assistance of Nikky Wellman who has been with the office since it’s establishment.
Our sales staff, Laurie Ryan and Kerry Carr, are locals with vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the marketplace. Referrals and repeat business provide the majority of their sales and they proudly count many satisfied clients as personal friends.

Our Property Manager, Laurie, treats each property as if it is his own, and firmly believes that well maintained properties will always attract better tenants. Laurie also has zero tolerance on arrears and he monitors the rent on a daily basis and by doing this endeavours to ensure that the owners are never finacially disadvantaged.
