You may have recently seen a new advertising campaign detailing “The Great Start” grant. This grant is an initiative of the Newman Government and is aimed at assisting first home buyers to purchase or build new houses, townhouses or apartments. Under the scheme, first homebuyers meeting the requirements will receive a
$15 000 boost to help out with the costs of purchasing or building a new home. At this present time there is no time limit to claim the grant and it’s pitched as being “here to stay.”
